Cross Trees Park in Shrivenham, is currently in Phase 2. This substantial housing development by CALA Homes is set to bring a diverse range of housing options to the area, with a total of 124 plots catered to private buyers, those seeking social housing, and shared ownership schemes.

Our involvement was needed for Phase 2 of this project where we installed floor joists, decking and main truss roofs. We also worked on external carpentry which included garage truss roofs and doors as well as James Hardie Plank cladding. Internal carpentry is an integral part of these beautiful homes where we are providing 1st Fix, 2nd Fix and Finals to bring the finishing touches to life.

The project began in January 2024 and is actively ongoing. Our team of skilled carpenters look forward to shaping the framework for this new community.
